Christmas is coming so fast! We're almost ready (I think). I guess it will come whether we are or not. The kids are ready for sure. Blake counts down the days every day. I'm glad it keeps snowing, it makes it seem more like Christmas.

Craziness!
I'm a little behind on writing on here. Hopefully, I'll be able to remember what we've been doing. First, Thanksgiving was really nice. It was too bad Justin had to work, he wasn't able to come to Springerville with us. Then, Paige got sick again and we have to have tubes put back in her ears. We go back to the ENT on Monday the 15th. We'll see when he can get her in for the surgery. Blake gave his first talk in Primary on Sunday. Four years in there and he's never been asked to give one, unless he has and hasn't told me about it. He did really good. I was impressed. I wish I could say the same for Cody. He's a handful in church.
We put up our Christmas trees on Sunday. The boys have their own. They were really excited to decorate it. They are ready for Santa to come, though Blake is more excited for his Nintendo DS that we got him. He helped pay for some of it but he has to wait. We'll be lucky if we get lights on our house this year. It seems like we're a little behind on everything this year.
The kids were really excited about the snow on Tuesday. And they were really excited that there wasn't school and I ended up babysitting a 6 year old girl. Needless to say, it was a long day. But the kids had fun playing in the snow. Then on Wednesday night Cody had a little preschool program. It was really cute. He did a really good job. I'm always impressed when actually gets up there and sings and does the actions. He had been practicing the songs for a few weeks. He is our little singer. His teacher told me he's a good singer in preschool too.

It's a busy couple of weeks. We took Cody to the doctor because he kept getting headaches and was really grouchy. The doctor couldn't see anything wrong so he wanted a CT scan. Cody actually did really good. He threw a fit at first but the lady told him it was like riding in a rocket and that calmed him down. He said it was kind of fun. We found out that ALL of his sinuses were infected. The doctor put him on an antibiotic and hopefully it will clear up. Paige had an ear infection a while back and is now sick again (I think it has to do with teething). I hope it doesn't turn into one this time, now that her tubes fell out. I think that's about it for those two. Blake got to go hunting with Justin last week. He was so excited. Unfortunately, they didn't get anything. He's really been wanting a Nintendo DS. I had to hear about nonstop for about a week. We told him to start saving his money. Those things aren't cheap!
We had an interesting morning. We had a bus hit Justin's truck. Well not really hit it but kind of scraped the side of it putting yellow paint on it. There truck parked on the other side of the road and had a hard time getting through. He almost made before he got the front on it. I felt sorry for all of kids on the bus. They had to sit there for about a half hour before they could get to school.
Also, we started a blog for Elder Justin Crick if you want to see how he's doing. There is a link for it from our blog but it's elderjustincrick.blogspot.com. He's not very good at sending pictures so there isn't a whole lot on there.

Busy Week!
This week was a little busy. Blake celebrated his 7th birthday. I still can't believe he's that old! He got a lot of good presents (one of which was a bb gun). He's already put a hole in one of our windows. I'm not real sure about it.
The kids had a ton of fun on halloween. The primary school had a parade that both of the boys were in. Paige and I got to watch. It was really cute. Then we went around the neighborhood for trick or treating. Cody got to go to Ms. Garcia's house (his preschool teacher). He was really excited about that. Paige was not too happy about being in her costume, but she did ok once we got out of the house. One of Cody's favorite things to do is the 5 Little Pumpkins story.

It's been a while since I've written anything new. Justin has added a few pictures for me. Thanks to Michelle I got sucked into reading the Twilight series (which by the way was very good and thank you Michelle for talking me into it). I have to say my family and house were very neglected for 5 days. Justin even threatened to hide my books but everything came out ok. Although I can't wait for the movie!
The kids are getting excited for Halloween. Blake and Cody are going to be police officers (of course). Paige (we're hoping) will be a princess. I bought them some of the little pumpkins and let them draw faces on them. We'll carve a big one when it gets closer. They are pretty excited about that. Here is a picture of their art work. Bet you can't guess which kid they belong to.

Crazy
Life goes by so fast! Especially when you have kids. Between school and sports it gets a little crazy. At least soccer is over for Blake now. I told him that when soccer was over we would start piano lessons again. He seems excited about it. Cody has school 3 days a week for 3 hours. It's nice to just have Paige at home. Although she's a busy body. She can't sit still. Her favorite thing to do right now is to sing "Little Bunny FooFoo". She wants to sing it all day long. We finally got her ears pierced. She's such a girl.
