Blake has been playing baseball. He's a good little player. He's been doing really well this year. He hits almost everytime. Sometimes he gets a double or triple. No homeruns yet but he's working on it. We just got him signed up for football. He's really excited about that. Practices start the end of July. He can't wait. He's pretty excited for school to be over. The boys can't wait to go camping. Hopefully, we will be able to do that soon!

Cody is so excited to start kindergarten next year! We're hoping he gets Mrs. Douglass. Blake had her and she was an awesome teacher! We just signed him up for t-ball and soccer. He played t-ball last year and liked it. This will be his first year for soccer. He can't wait to play.

Paige is so funny! She's such a girl! She loves bows and flowers in her hair and loves her babydolls. Sometimes she puts her backpack on and pretends to go to school or Walmart. She loves to go places.

I can't believe Gavin is 9 months already! It's gone by so fast! He's such a wildman! He can't hold still for anything, especially now that he's crawling. He's into everything! And he's getting pretty quick. He pulls himself up too. He's getting way too big.

It's been a long time since I've written anything. I guess we're not real exciting. I'm trying to remember what's happened in the last couple of months...Justin had the opportunity to test for the Detective Sergeant position a few weeks ago and got it. I'm excited! He will have a normal schedule for a couple for years. He starts in July. I'm getting ready to go to the scrapbooking convention in a couple of weeks. Jamie and I will enjoy a nice break! I have also been reading some good books and doing some fun crafts. Uncle Justin came home from his mission in Mexico. We're really excited about it, although we haven't seen him a whole lot since he's been home. Now he's off to Utah for school.

Blake is getting ready to start baseball soon. It should keep us busy for a while. Cody is just hanging out. He can't wait to go to kindergarten (me either! Too bad it's only half day). Paige is busy bugging the boys. We are working on potty training. Hopefully, it will catch on soon! Gavin is already 7 months but you can't tell by looking at him, poor kid. It's gone by fast. I hope he will be crawling soon. He's so bored.

Yesterday, we went to Grandma Crick's house for lunch and an Easter egg hunt. The kids had fun. They also had a good time riding the 4-wheeler.

I'm not very good at keeping up with what's been going on. January 21st was Cody's birthday unfortunately it had snowed LOTS so he didn't get a whole lot of people for a party. He really didn't care much though, as long as he got his presents he was good. He did get a lot of good presents.

Blake got student of the month for his class in December. He got his picture in the paper. We are really proud of him. He's a good kid!

Paige has hit her terrible twos. She's been throwing some great tantrums. Gotta love them! Gavin is slowly growing. He's so cute and has the biggest smile.

I'm finally able to update my blog! It's been a little crazy around here. The boys' Christmas programs were really cute! I'm glad Cody was able to participate in his. They told us he is doing really well (actually too well) so he can no longer stay in preschool. I think the 13th will be his last day. I'm really sad it's been so good for him. He tested above average on both of his tests.

We went to Springerville on the 23rd and were able to hang out with family for a few days. I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to because Paige was sick and it had snowed so the roads were bad. But we were able to. Although, it wasn't real fun with Paige being sick. I was able to help dip chocolates (YUM!) on Wednesday. On Christmas Eve day we made gingerbread houses and then went to our family's Christmas Eve party. And in the middle of that I had to take Paige to a doctor and she had an ear infection.

Christmas day Paige felt better and we were able to enjoy it a little bit more. The kids got a lot of neat things and had a great day playing with their toys and their cousins. Jodi and Dan were here for a couple of weeks and we played lots of games and ate LOTS of food. It was really fun. It was a little crazy in my parents house with 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom and lots of crying kids but we made it work! Good times!

Letters to Santa

The kids finally got their letters to Santa written. They asked for some interesting things. Paige asked for candy canes. If only they were all that easy! The boys were so excited to get a snow day. They all had so much fun playing in the snow. Even Paige didn't want to come in.
